Emergency Appeal for Ukraine

Dutch Civilian Action is an ANBI-certified organization (RSIN: 863895542) that travels to Ukraine every six weeks. On April 6, we will embark on our 35th mission to support civilians living close to the frontline.

We work closely with local community leaders, provide personal support, and operate near the frontline.

We do this by supporting evacuation teams, delivering ambulances, enabling underground education, and providing safe new homes for families we previously assisted near the frontline.

Two Emergency Aid Trucks

Required: €9,000

We have already sent 5 trucks in 2026, but urgently we need to send two more trucks, with life-saving supplies, which we currently do not have the budget for:

  • Medical equipment & supplies

  • Hygiëne products

  • New clothing

This aid will reach civilians, displaced families, and hospitals located near the frontline.

Required: €5,000

Our local partners support thousands of people, but without reliable heating and electricity, their work becomes difficult. These funds will cover:

  • €1000 Purchase of new generators and heating equipment for our local heroes

  • €500 Constant generator repairs for IDP families moved from Donbas

  • €3500 Electricity & heating system support for the refugee and aid center in Kharkiv

This support enables our partners and displaced families to maintain access to electricity and heating during outages.

Support for Partner Organisations

Ambulances for Frontline Hospitals

Required: €12,500

As drone attacks target medical transport, hospitals are urgently requesting ambulances to replace the burned ones. We are going to participate in the repairs of 5 donated ambulances for hospitals close to the frontline:

  • €2000 per ambulance for repairs and technical preparation

  • €500 per ambulance to be delivered to Ukraine

These ambulances help move the wounded faster, evacuate civilians from danger zones, and support doctors working in impossible conditions in the 5th year of the war.
