Current Activities

  • Sending trucks with necessary products

In collaboration with 'United We Stand,' we aim to send a truck full of aid to Ukraine every three months. These supplies are stored in warehouses located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, and the Donetsk region.

  • Delivering goods to civilians near the frontline

Every six weeks, we travel to Ukraine to deliver both long-term and short-term aid directly to civilians living near the frontline who depend entirely on humanitarian assistance.

  • Empowering local heroes

We support local heroes operating near the frontline by providing aid and fostering human connections, enabling them to offer daily assistance to those in need in Kharkiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast, and Donetsk Oblast.

Our Projects

  • Empowering civilians to rebuild their lives in Kam'yanka

We assist residents in Kam'yanka, a small village near Izyum devastated by bombings. As civilians return to the ruins of their homes, we stand by them, fostering deep connections, understanding their needs, and providing crucial support.

  • Empowering children in the Donetsk region.

We are partnering with an organization caring for 80 children in the Donetsk region. Since the Russian invasion of Donetsk in 2014, these children have been living in a war zone. We support them by providing such as well-fitting shoes or art materials, with the aim of helping them rediscover the joys of childhood.

  • Empowering patients at the hospital for homeless people with tbc

Together with the New Time Foundation, we provide a weekly supply of food and personal care products with a personal touch to the 40 patients at the tuberculosis hospital for homeless people in Kyiv.

  • Empowering victims of an ecological disaster in Kherson city

We assist residents in Kherson who are victims of the ongoing war and an ecological disaster in the city. Civilians live close to the area occupied by the Russians and are accustomed to the sound of artillery, which echoes at least four times an hour. Many civilians are completely dependent on humanitarian aid to survive. We stand by them, fostering deep connections, understanding their needs, and providing support.

  • Empowering the elderly in a hospital for the elderly in the Donetsk region.

We are partnering with an organization that supports elderly residents in a hospital located in the Donetsk region. Many of these elderly individuals come from the town itself and nearby towns like Avdiivka and Bakhmut, which have experienced heavy attacks and are currently occupied. In addition to providing essential goods, we cook meals alongside local volunteers and spend time with these elderly individuals, as they receive little outside support being so close to the frontline.

Our Heroes

  • Assisting the only hospital operating in Izyum

Doctor Yuri Kuznetsov and his dedicated team at Izyum's sole operating hospital performed surgeries in the basement during the Russian occupation, becoming a beacon of hope for residents as the city grappled with an influx of sick and wounded individuals. These days, they are working hard to assist victims of mine explosions in the most heavily mined region of Ukraine. We stand by these heroes, delivering essential medical supplies and fostering deep connections.

  • Assisting humanitarian initiatives of New Time Foundation in Kiev and Kherson region

We are partnering with the New Time Foundation in Kyiv, an organization that provides humanitarian assistance in the Kherson region to civilians living near the frontline. Our commitment to assisting Andiriy, Sasha, Luda and Ksenya goes beyond providing aid; we personally join them on missions, fostering deep connections by spending time together and maintaining close contact despite the geographic distance.

  • Assisting humanitarian initiatives of Church without Walls in Donbass region

Boris Yakimenko loves kids, and they love him. There is a group of ca. 80 children affected by war who receive material, emotional, and spiritual help from this dedicated man. Both children and their caretakers come regularly to Boris's home and his mission facility to receive the goods we deliver consistently. We also accompany him to an elderly care facility where we provide medical supplies and his team delivers home-cooked meals. Church Without Walls is an organization that provides humanitarian assistance in the Donbass region to the most needed and marginalized groups, as no one else pays attention amidst the poverty and destruction caused by daily military operations.

  • Assisting humanitarian initiatives of Palms of Peace

In collaboration with United We Stand, we are partnering with Dima Goryachkovsky from the local organization Palms of Hope. This organization is dedicated to delivering humanitarian assistance in the Kharkiv region to civilians residing near the frontline on a daily basis. Since the onset of the war, Dima has been traveling fearlessly to "every home," providing essential items such as food, water, and clothing to people caught by the war. Our support extends beyond supplying trucks full of goods; we also contribute personal time and engage in heartfelt conversations, standing beside Dima and his family as dedicated allies in their important mission.

“Thank you for transporting such a variety of items from the Netherlands. This enables us to distribute them across East Ukraine to those we know are in need.”

— Andriy, New Time Foundation, Kyiv

Past Projects

  • Empower residents of Avdiivka

We distributed heating systems skillfully crafted by individuals from the rehabilitation center of the local organization New Time. These systems not only provided warmth but could also be used for cooking. Additionally, we delivered clothes and a substantial amount of water, as Avdiivka lacks access to running water, along with food parcels for the residents. Currently, entering this town is not possible, so we have to stop this project and we are considering how we can offer assistance once the situation improves.

  • Empower residents of Kupyansk

We provided essential support to the residents of Kupyansk, who are facing critical challenges due to a lack of access to running water, electricity, and heating. We distributed heating systems, food packages, clothes, and a substantial amount of water. Currently, entering this town is not possible, prompting us to temporarily halt this project. We are actively considering how we can offer assistance once the situation improves.

  • Empower residents of Saltivka area located in the northeastern region of Kharkiv

Together with the New Time Foundation, we distributed heating systems and food packages to the residents of the Saltivka area located in the northeastern region of Kharkiv. Many buildings were damaged, and only a few people remained who are entirely dependent on humanitarian aid. However, the most significant impact we've made is demonstrating that we haven't forgotten about them, despite the geographic distance.

  • Empower residents of the Rehab center close to Kyiv

We supported a group of individuals staying at the rehab center by installing a window in their space, allowing them to remain there during the winter. We delivered materials, and they skillfully crafted rocket stoves that not only provided warmth but also could be used for cooking.

  • Trymaisya project 1

In collaboration with Stadspodium Breda, we distributed notebooks containing supportive messages and stories written by Dutch children for Ukrainian children.

  • Transportation

During the initial months of the full-scale invasion, we weekly transported supplies to Ukraine and facilitated the journey of Ukrainians to the Netherlands.

  • Housing in Netherlands

In collaboration with 'Thuis voor Oekraïne' and municipalities, we facilitated connections for over 200 Ukrainians with their long-term housing.

"During wartime, there are so many needs everywhere, but you come to visit us, and together we were able to put a door and window at our rehab center."
